オリンピアとハイランドは繋がっているので、どちらでレンタルしても、お好きなゾーンをお楽しみいただけます。
ハイランドレンタルの営業時間は16:45までです。ナイターまで滑る方は、オリンピアをご利用ください ※ オリンピアのレンタルコーナーは時期や時間帯により混雑が予想されますので、お急ぎの方はハイランドのレンタルコーナーをご利用ください。 There are Highland and Olympia Zones at Teine.

Highland Rental's business hours are until 16:45. Those who wish to ski until night should use Olympia. Olympia and Highland is connected by a slope and gondola lift, so they are easily accessible from each other zone.
* You can usually get the faster service at the Rental Shop at Highland Zone, because it is busier at Olympia Zone.

キャンセルポリシー、レンタル利用規約 Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions
キャンセルポリシー

キャンセルには以下のキャンセル費用が発生します。

  • ご来場予定日２日前までのキャンセル無料
  • ご来場予定日の前日17:00までキャンセル（体調不良、人数変更含む）：レンタル料金の50%
  • ご来場予定日の前日17:00から当日までのキャンセル（体調不良、人数変更含む）：レンタル料金の100%
  • ご来場予定日を過ぎた場合：チケット料金を含め、キャンセル不可
レンタル利用規約・同意書
  • 悪天候等でリフトが運休する場合がありますが、貸出後の払い戻しは致しません。
  • レンタルの際は、代表者の方の身分証が必要です。
  • 時間レンタルをご利用の方は返却時間を過ぎての返却の場合は追加料金が発生します。
  • レンタルした道具は閉館の15分前には返却をお願いします。
レンタル同意書
  • 私は、借入する製品が使用されるスキー・スノーボードは、危険を伴うスポーツであり、製品の使用には、けが等の事故の危険性が伴うことを認識しています。
  • 私は、スキー、ブーツ、ビンディングからなるシステムは、常に、あるいはいかなる状況下においても、解放するとは限らないこと、また、解放すべき全ての状況を予測するのは不可能であることを理解し、スキー中の使用者の安全を保証するものではないことを承知しています。
  • 私が借入する製品の選択、取付、メンテナンス、調整または使用に起因し、またこれらに関連して発生する使用責任を問いません。これらの損傷や障害に関するすべての責任は私（使用者）自身が負うこととします。
  • 私は、万が一盗難、紛失、または破損のあったときは実費を支払います。
Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge upon cancellation of a reservation for any reason (including medical problem or change of the number of perticipants), the customer will be charged a certain percentage of the rental and ticket fees (cancellation charge) as listed below.

  • If the reservation is canceled more than 2 days (local time) before the intended visiting date:
    0% (Free of charge)
  • If the reservation is canceled before 5:00 pm (local time) on the day before the intended visiting date:
    50% of the rental price
  • If the reservation is canceled after 5:00 pm (local time) on the day before the intended visiting date to the intended visiting date:
    100% of the rental price
  • Cancellation after the intended visiting date (local time):
    100% of the both rental and ticket fees (No refund)
Terms & Conditions
  • If rented sports equipment is not used for reasons of poor weather conditions or suspencion of ski lifts, then refunds cannot be made.
  • Proof of identity (Passport) will be demanded at the rental shop.
  • Overdue rentals incur extra charges.
  • Hired sports equipment must be returned by 15 min before the closing time.
User Agreement
  • I fully acknowledge that the snow sport that I will undertake with rental equipment contains dangers, and recognize the extent of the risks of injuries involved in the activities.
  • In consideration of the rental of the equipment including selection, installation, maintenance and adjustment by the Ski , I release and fully discharge Dynasty Ski Resort, its shops, owners, and employees from any liability resulting from any personal injuries and damages to myself or a third party.
  • I understand the skis/boot/binding system which I have rented will not release at all times or under all circumstances where a release may prevent injury, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release. I therefore understand the system I have rented cannot guarantee my entire safety.
