入国を希望する研究者状況確認 Survey for Researchers Willing to Enter Japan

２月１７日に岸田内閣総理大臣から発言がありましたとおり、３月１日以降の水際対策について一定の条件により外国人の新規入国が再開されることとなりました。
つきましては、研究者の速やかかつ円滑な入国に向け、入国を希望する研究者の現状把握の本調査にご協力ください。

As Prime Minister Kishida announced on February 17, the new entry to Japan will open under certain conditions after March 1.
Therefore, to ensure a prompt and smooth entry into Japan, we would like to ask for your cooperation in conducting this survey to know the current situation of researchers who wish to enter Japan.

入国後、日本での自主隔離について
Self-quarantine after entering Japan ＊
本学では、受入責任者としての新規入国する外国人研究者の適切な管理のため、原則として、 査証取得後以降の来日手続きをJTBの渡日手続きWEBシステム「AMARYS」で行います。その為、自主隔離が必要な場合は「AMARYS」への登録が必要です。 なお、待機場所として大学宿舎（ｲﾝﾀｰﾅｼｮﾅﾙﾚｼﾞﾃﾞﾝｽ等）や親戚・友人宅には滞在できません。
In principle, YNU goes through the disembarkation procedures via AMARYS which is an online administration system operated by JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) to ensure an appropriate control of foreign researchers’ new entry to Japan after their visa acquisitions as the supervision of receiving organization. Therefore, foreign researchers must register with AMARYS if quarantine is required. University dormitories and private homes such as homes of your friends and relatives are not acceptable.
