14. 経費支弁書類 [※]
Financial Document		 在留資格認定証明書交付申請書に記載した支弁額の裏付けとなる書類のPDFファイルを提出してください。
（下記1〜4のいずれか1点）。
*ファイルサイズ1MB以内/PDFファイルのみ/英語もしくは日本語に限ります。
1.　本人または支弁者名義の銀行口座の残高証明書
2.　本人または支弁者の預金通帳のコピー
3.　支弁者名義の収入証明書
4.　奨学金の受給証明書
（受給期間が留学期間と一致するようにしてください。）

Please upload the PDF file of the supporting document for the financial amount stated in the COE application (any one of items 1 -4 below).

1.　A bank balance certificate or a copy of the applicant's account bankbook
2.　A bank balance certificate or a copy of the bankbook for the bank account of the person responsible for payment
3.　An income certificate of the person responsible for payment

(Disbursement period must correspond to the duration of study abroad at Meiji.)
